Designed to Medicine Hill Herbs specifications by metal fabricator, Isaiah Scott, this exceptional 100-pound herb press sits on the counter for easy use. The stainless steel pan that holds the herbs slides out for ease of access and cleaning. A heavy stainless steel removable metal plate sits elevated inside that herb pan. The pressed tincture or oil drains through the plate and out the stainless steel tube into the waiting glass receptacle (not furnished). We use a 6-Ton Hydraulic Jack to maximize the pressing power. All press parts that touch the herb and tincture or oil are stainless steel. The three tiers of steel plates of the press structure are powder-coated to prevent rust. A 32-oz pyrex measuring cup placed beneath the spout catches the pressed elixir, but you can use any glass, ceramic, or stainless steel container. The glass receptacle shown is not furnished.
