Mushroom hunting time, usually in the Fall.  As early as July, we got this gigantic puffball mushroom from a friend's private land, 100 acres in Colorado Springs.  We carefully cut away any brown parts and sautéed the rest in butter, then froze them individually.  Mmmmmm!
